If you have a site

Address, tenure, whether the site is actually yours to sell, and what has been applied for on it before. Most sites we look at are not for us, and we say so in the first conversation rather than going quiet.

If you are looking for a home

What you need and when you need it. We let a small number of homes, so either something is coming free or it is not, and you will know within the call.

If you are already a tenant

Use the same number. For anything urgent involving water, gas, electricity or security, telephone rather than email.
